Anhinga, Water Turkey, Snake Bird, all fitting names, all appropriate. Excellent swimmers as they have webbed feet. Anhingas swim underwater and spear fish with their pointy beak. Then they surface to start the process of removing the fish from their beak and throwing it in the air to position it properly. Then it is down the hatch.
